Strategic Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and coordination support to our Directors in the Corporate Affairs division.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage the Directors' diaries and email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and effective delegation of tasks.
- Call Handling: Screen and redirect incoming calls, accurately relaying messages and resolving issues as necessary.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, papers, and reports, attending meetings as a minute taker when required.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodation, including complex overseas travel and hospitality bookings.
- Event Management: Maintain a diary of important events, ensuring relevant preparations are completed, and assist in planning events for the Director and the wider CA division.
- Administrative Collaboration: Work closely with other divisional PAs to provide cover and support, delivering key administrative tasks critical to the division's success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant at the senior management level.
- Proficiency in electronic diary and email management.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Awareness of financial services sector trends, regulatory environment, and external marketplace dynamics.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
