About the Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Publica Group, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives, projects, and financial people processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager to ensure effective project delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and timelines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised individual with excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
