Business Operations Coordinator

As a Business Operations Coordinator at Publica Group, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives, projects, and financial people processes.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager to ensure effective project delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.
- Work closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager to ensure effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and timelines.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Highly organised individual with excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role or related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
