About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi-Trader to work with us on various projects in the area. As a Site Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sites and overseeing daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee site operations, including planning, coordination, and supervision of site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and site infrastructure.
  • Coordinate logistics, supplies, and materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Multi-Trader or similar role on construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • A weekly pay on a Friday, £21 per hour.
