High End Residential Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a high end contractor based in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on bespoke residential projects and be able to hit the ground running.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely estimates and valuations for residential construction projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
- Coordinate site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to prevent delays and cost overruns
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as construction or quantity surveying
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably on high end residential projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
