Grafton Recruitment is pleased to present a challenging and rewarding role for a Strategic Business Growth Manager in our Public Sector division. Our client, a rapidly expanding IT business, serves some of the largest Private and Public Sector companies in the UK.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage existing accounts while identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a successful sales team. You will deliver products and technical solutions to clients, benefiting from first-class product training and substantial earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise profile and market awareness of company capabilities
  • Maintain business activity through product marketing and product release information
  • Provide pre-sales support to the bid process and business development staff
  • Develop existing customer solutions and business opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a degree-level education (min 2:1) and a strong background in sales or account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
