Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements and business processes, including delivering business analysis work estimates and planning support.
  • Investigating issues requiring business analysis and leading workshops.
  • Identifying and proposing recommendations for improvement.
  • Driving activity within internal teams and suppliers to deliver the right business outcomes.
  • Supporting testing, implementation and training activities as required.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a transformation environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience of new system, product and service launches.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working within the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience on finance, banking or accountancy projects.
  • Knowledge of commission processing.
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience.

Salary: Estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
