Job Title: Energy Portfolio Manager

About the Role

Astute's Renewables team is partnering with Raw Energy, an established business in the renewable energy sector, to recruit an Asset Manager for its location in Malmesbury. With a portfolio of circa £250m of projects across the UK, our client continues to outperform competitors and increase their presence in the market.

The Asset Manager role comes with a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, pension, and hybrid working. As the primary point of contact for technical and commercial aspects of operations at the site, you will monitor, report, and manage operational, technical, and financial performance to ensure optimal outcomes in line with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all aspects of gas to grid plant performance against targets and implementation of necessary actions.
  • Identification and management of key optimisation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Ensuring asset compliance with planning, regulatory, HSE, environmental, and legal requirements.
  • Preparation and presentation of internal and external asset reporting on all aspects.
  • Preparation of financial statements, models, reports, and forecasts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in asset management, ideally in renewables or anaerobic digestion.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Personal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
