Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Team at Itineris. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our UK customers, ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of our UMAX application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional and technical support to customers, resolving incidents and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to ensure seamless application management, support, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in project activities to ensure service readiness and successful go-live outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of functional changes, prioritized by customers, and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Respect and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure a professional service delivery approach.
  • Provide input, advice, and training to key-users and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Application Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications (ERP) and MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer focus and quality-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to client premises and willingness to work flexible hours.
