Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assisting a diverse range of custom business applications that are vital to various essential services.

You will handle 2nd line support requests, aiding emergency services personnel in maximizing the functionality of the software applications they utilize.

You will take ownership of each support ticket, escalating issues as needed, and providing continuous support until resolution is achieved.
This role is part of a highly collaborative and supportive team, despite geographical dispersion across the region.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Required Qualifications:
~ 1 to 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or Application Support capacity, where you have addressed a variety of user inquiries related to application support.
~ A positive approach to user assistance, showcasing your commitment to taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with users and collaborate with technical support teams.
~ A natural inclination towards technology, with the ability to quickly learn software applications and instruct others on their use.
~ Comprehensive technical knowledge, ideally including MS365, any CRM systems, and general business applications. Experience with Power BI is highly desirable.

Candidates must demonstrate that they have resided and worked in the UK for the past five years to meet the necessary security vetting requirements for this position.
