Overview

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Application Support Analyst to join our team.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT & application support, as well as being involved in ongoing project work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering information on IT service issues and mapping operational business issues to the underlying application and infrastructure architecture.
  • Investigating and resolving IT and application incidents.
  • Triage IT incidents.

The role will require at least one day a month in the Reading office.

We are looking for someone with the ability to understand and extract key information from investigations, experience working within an ITIL framework, and excellent communication skills.
