Job Title: Application Support Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Team at Itineris. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our UK customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our UMAX application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents/bug fixes, providing timely updates to customers and ensuring prompt closure.
  • Perform impact analysis for functional changes, determining which changes are recorded to the sprint backlog and implementing them after customer approval.
  • Ensure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards customers, respecting all agreements as set in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) document.
  • Provide input, advice, and training to key-users and colleagues, participating in project-related activities as required.
  • Participate in the outside business hours standby schedule to ensure the resolution of incidents.
  • Bridge between the client's organization and the Itineris Operations team when functional questions arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in functional business processes.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Application support role.
  • Knowledge of a business application (ERP) is a must.
  • MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, quality-driven, and proactive.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner and eager to learn.
  • Result-oriented and responsible.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to travel regularly to the client's premises (Reading).
  • UK residents with RTW only (we do not offer sponsorships).
