About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team at Itineris. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our UMAX application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Treat customer-initiated records, diagnose and resolve incidents, and provide status updates to customers.
  • Functional Changes: Perform impact analysis, determine functional changes to be implemented, and realize changes after customer approval.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards customers.
  • Project Support: Participate in project and implementation activities to support service readiness ahead of go-live.
  • SLA Compliance: Respect agreements between Itineris and customers as set in the Service Level Agreement document.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide input, advice, and training to key-users and colleagues.
  • Standby Support: Participate in outside business hours standby schedule to ensure incident resolution.
  • Client Liaison: Bridge between client organizations and Itineris Operations team for functional questions.
Requirements
  • Functional Business Process: Strong interest in functional business processes.
  • Application Support Experience: Min. 2-3 years previous experience in an Application support role.
  • Technical Skills: MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, quality driven, and proactive.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel regularly to client premises.
