Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes and be able to drive service excellence in a regional or global setting.

About the Role:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of local level 1 and 2 service desk analysts.
  • Supervise the handling of regional support requests, incidents, and inquiries.
  • Track, analyse, and report on service desk metrics and KPIs within the region.

This is a challenging role that requires a proactive approach to meeting the unique needs of regional users and managing local challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture, ensuring each team member is aligned with global service standards and has clear development goals.
  2. Service Operations: Supervise the handling of regional support requests, incidents, and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  3. Performance Management: Track, analyse, and report on service desk metrics and KPIs within the region, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
