We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to fill the position of Head of Service Desk Operations at our Head Office in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Technology Team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical incidents and service requests across the business, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining a high-performance, customer-focused culture within the Service Desk team.
  • Providing expert guidance on Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune Device Management.
  • Maintaining and improving IT systems in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Collaborating with the Technology Team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Contribution to IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
