£24,000 - £30,000 (Glasgow/Onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
  • Resolve client issues through ticket requests and occasional onsite visits
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find effective solutions
  • Maintain and support client infrastructure
  • Work on a shift-pattern basis
