The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our Service Desk team based in Kirkintilloch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the team, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Desk team to deliver excellent customer service and support.
  • Implement effective processes and procedures to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
