Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Glasgow)

Location: Glasgow/Onsite

Salary Range:

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Service Desk team in a 1st/2nd Line capacity.
  • Assisting clients with ticket requests and occasional onsite visits for issue resolution.
  • Maintaining and supporting client infrastructure.
  • Working on a flexible shift-pattern schedule.
Technical Expertise:
  1. Active Directory setup and maintenance
  2. Office 365 deployment and support
  3. VMWare implementation and administration
  4. Network configuration and maintenance
  5. Disaster recovery planning and execution
  6. Server maintenance and support
  7. Hardware troubleshooting and repair
