Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and communication.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-customer environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Possess BPSS clearance or higher (or willing to obtain).
