About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at Page Personnel. Located in Sevenoaks, this role will involve assisting with all HR-related tasks, ensuring efficient operation within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing initial interviews.
  • Employee Records Management: Help manage employee records, update the HR database, and ensure it remains current.
  • Payroll Preparation: Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Clerical Support: Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Policies and Regulations: Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes.
  • HR Queries: Handle employee queries about HR-related issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or CIPD level 3.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
  • Previous experience working in the education sector would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of labour laws.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Availability for immediate start as this is a temporary role of at least 3 months.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
