This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has **administrative experience** and is looking for a new challenge to join a **well reputed, values led **company. The main purpose of this position would be to assist the HR Team with all aspects of operational processes and projects.

**Duties for this role include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting managers and staff on **employment related procedures**, policies, processes, and terms & conditions
- Managing and building long standing relationships with external providers, providing a high quality and cost-effective service when **negotiating on contractual terms**:

- **Processing invoices,** liaising with the financial department
- Working closely with all departments and teams **assisting line managers** to understand and implement **policies and procedures**.
- Manage a caseload including **disciplinaries**, ill health and issues or complaints, ensuring **compliance** with the procedures.
- Providing general **administrative assistance** to the HR Team
- Undertake activity which supports **HR operational processes**, leading on specific activities as required & team with the continuous development and improvement of the HR department
- Providing **general support** to other teams as and when required
- Educated to a relevant **degree level** or equivalent
- Experience working within an office environment
- Able to **meet deadlines** and be organised in managing your own workload
- A proactive approach and can-do attitude
- **Previous experience** aiding a busy HR department (desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work constructively as part of a team and independently
- Trustworthy and honest with excellent oral and written **communication skills**:

- **A team player**: someone who doesn’t mind getting stuck in
