As an HR Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the coordination of job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing initial interviews to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Payroll Preparation: Provide relevant data to support payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Training Coordination: Organize training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, equivalent to approximately 45-50k/year.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or CIPD level 3
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
  • Previous experience working in the education sector would be desirable
  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
