Product Visionary

Join our team at HR GO PLC as a Product Manager and take on the responsibility of leading the product lifecycle from inception to discontinuation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
2. Product Development: Identify opportunities for product development or enhancement and collaborate with development and sales teams to bring products to market.
3. Product Forecasting: Create product forecasts based on input from marketing, sales, market analysis, and expertise.
4. Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and propose improvements.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market trends research to inform product decisions.
6. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from sales and customers to inform product roadmaps.
7. Business Case Development: Prepare business cases for new product investments and secure internal approval.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 2 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of product engineering and management principles.
• Experience with marketing data analytics and tools.
• Proven negotiation and networking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of representing the company at all levels.
