CCaaS Account Growth Specialist

IG Recruit is seeking a highly motivated CCaaS Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the unified communications market
- Establishing relationships with potential clients and delivering presentations on products and services
- Negotiating and closing deals, while providing exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the contact centre industry
- Strong knowledge of unified communications and contact centre as a service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
