Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CCaaS Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the unified communications market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the unified communications market.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing client organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our award-winning customer engagement solutions to clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a New Business Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the unified communications industry.
- Experience working with complex customers and influencing/directing others to achieve business goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), including multi-channel (Omnichannel) communications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
