About the role

Our New Business Sales team is responsible for acquiring new customers and engaging with them across the globe. Account Executives play a key role in this process, owning their market segments and driving growth through a solution-oriented approach.

We're seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This person will provide an outstanding experience for our customers, identifying opportunities, conducting outreach and driving deals through the funnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Outreaching prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
  • Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospect base
  • Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for customers

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and one additional language (Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian)
  • 1+ year of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
