Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Regional Business Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently delivering sales targets across the UK, proactively developing and nurturing sales leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive regional business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and nurture existing sales leads to maximize revenue potential.
  3. Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team to take leads from the initial stage and develop them into saleable opportunities.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Manage key accounts and generate additional business through strategic planning and execution.
  6. Presentation of solutions to current and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of sales achievement in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A deep understanding of the UK market and sales landscape, with knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • The ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £52,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives.
