Business Growth Specialist

MTrec Ltd Technical is a leading niche manufacturing company, renowned for its innovative approach to business development. With a strong presence in the industry, we are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The RoleAs a Business Development Manager at MTrec Ltd Technical, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic customer relationships, market expansion, and product development. Your primary goal will be to increase sales by promoting our products and services, raising our company profile through targeted marketing efforts, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing sales
- Promote and showcase our products and services at exhibitions and tradeshows
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with our technical team to develop new products and services that meet customer needs
- Compile and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- An understanding of construction principles would be beneficial
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient numerical skills, including job costing and pricing
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
Benefits
