We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this position. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and present sales proposals that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
