About the Role

We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Level Up Recruitment. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers across various sectors, including healthcare, education, pubs, hotels, hospitality, and leisure in the north-east region.

Your primary objective will be to win, retain, and develop new customers, as well as grow existing customer share of wallet. You will work closely with our telesales teams, category specialists, and suppliers to create leads and maximise business potential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to deliver value-added initiatives and solutions to meet customer needs. You will also require determination, tenacity, and a passion for all things food-related to get in front of hard-to-reach decision makers.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
