Job Description:

As a Sales Growth Specialist at the National Skills Agency, you will play a vital role in driving business development and expansion across various sectors. Your primary objective will be to interact with potential and existing clients to create new business opportunities, focusing on apprenticeship programs, funded training, and commercial training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue proactive prospecting and identification of new business leads to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and new business opportunities within your designated region.
  • Nurture relationships with local partners and clients to uncover new business prospects and establish strong partnerships.
  • Travel to meet with potential clients and partners to explore new business opportunities and build trust.
  • Effectively track and manage new business opportunities using our CRM system to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the local team to prioritize new business generation and support enrolment targets.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly new business targets through relentless outreach efforts.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role is essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with new business development, lead generation, and relationship-building strategies is crucial.
