Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

About the Role:
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Estimated Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, health benefits, training and professional development opportunities, and flexible working environment.
