As a Business Growth Manager with John Charles Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion across the North East region.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development or sales within the Powered Access, Material Handling or Construction Equipment industries. A strong network within the North East's industrial or construction sectors is also advantageous.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan, identifying and targeting potential clients, and presenting tailored solutions to showcase the range of mechanical powered access equipment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum, with a generous commission scheme. You will also receive a company car and fuel card, comprehensive training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
