Key Responsibilities

As a Business Growth Coordinator at SoftServe, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on valuable contacts while filtering out less impactful connections. You will also bridge the gap between external partners and our upper management by scheduling impactful meetings.

You will contribute directly to the company's growth by identifying high-value opportunities and fostering partnerships that deliver results. A key player in expanding and maintaining our network of strategic contacts, you will collaborate with rainmakers and leverage their networks to create business opportunities.

Your ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and build trust quickly will make you an asset to our team. Familiarity with CRM systems and their use in tracking relationships and opportunities is a must.
