About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a challenging role, contributing to the growth of the Business Services / Outsourcing offering to clients. You will be responsible for winning new business specifically in the Owner Managed Business arena, attending networking events, and developing strong business relationships in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Partners to continue growing the Business Services / Outsourcing offering to client base;
  • Winning new business specifically in the Owner Managed Business arena to offer a full Accounting and Outsourcing function to them;
  • Attending networking events and developing strong business relationships in the local area;
  • Overseeing Compliance work and supervision of more junior staff who prepare statutory, management accounts, and offer a full bookkeeping and VAT returns service to clients;
  • Manage clients' ad hoc projects, systems implementation, and attend regular meetings to discuss clients' accounting (and related) results.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a strategic partner, you will be based in Newcastle and commutable from Hexham, Morpeth, Darlington, Alnwick, Durham, and Teesside.
