Strategic Growth Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Professional to play a crucial role in expanding our Investment Management business into new regions in Northern England.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive external sales to promote investment products across financial advisories, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build extensive relationships with clients across the Newcastle region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of commercial experience in sales or Business Development Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust.
  • Experience selling investment products, ideally Tax Efficient Investments, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
Compensation Package:

£40,000 - £70,000 (uncapped commission) plus benefits, reflecting the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.
