Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and engage passive talent.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their unique needs, align on candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional talent.
- Employer Branding: Work closely with our Brand Team to enhance our employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and employee referral programs.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability while providing regular hiring updates and analytics to leadership.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.

Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
