About the Job:

We are now seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our Central Services team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting our Client Management, Strategic Alliance and Front Office Sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  The successful candidate will administer contracts via DocuSign, validate candidate documents, maintain internal CRM and accounting systems, and provide quality customer service to sales teams, clients, and candidates. Additionally, they will assist with processing background checks and drug screenings, work closely with our Legal department, and support process improvements within the role.

What We Offer:
  As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
