Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Administrator to join our team at TS Tech Americas, Inc. as a Business Strategy Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing company business plans, assisting department managers, and performing other administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to align daily control items with company business plans and key objectives.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare company business plans and assist department managers.
  • Support development of 5S, TPM, and Kaizen programs.
  • Ensure safe operations and establish monthly plans.
  • Align daily control items with company business plans and key objectives.
  • Administer performance reviews and attend management meetings.
  • Establish and control annual budgets.
  • Requires knowledge of company terms, principles, and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business planning or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
