Job Description: The Academic Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services. This includes managing office operations, developing and implementing office policies, preparing annual budgets, analyzing variances, creating regular reports, and carrying out necessary corrections. The successful candidate will also partner with HR to maintain office policies, participate actively in the planning and execution of company events, recruit and select office staff, organize orientation and training of new staff members, prepare operational reports and schedules, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices. Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures. Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
