Building Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Operations Coordinator to join our team at Avison Young. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Job:
- This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our buildings, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, as well as managing relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with RICS Code of Practice and engaging with occupiers to maintain open lines of communication.
- Key responsibilities include managing the client preferred Work Order platform (Prism), raising and supervising insurance claims, and monitoring energy and water consumption.
- This role also involves attending supplier review meetings, taking ownership of contract performance, and monitoring attendance, cost, and value through SLAs and KPIs.
- A strong background in Property and Facilities Management within a mixed-use property portfolio is essential, along with demonstrable experience in managing service partners to deliver a 5* service.
- Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
