Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library on a full-time, temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities
  1. Data management is critical in this role, involving collecting, recording, and maintaining high-quality data within our system.
  2. You will work efficiently to process customer returns information, adhering to company guidelines.
  3. The role requires administering supplier returns and warranty activities, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
  4. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  5. Evaluating reports and actions recorded on our in-house system is essential for identifying areas for improvement.
  6. You will maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
This role requires strong administration experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. You should also have experience working to health and safety standards and regulations, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a results-driven approach.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £29,000, depending on experience.
