Business Development Opportunity in Waste Management

LWS Recruitment Services is proud to be partnering with a leading environmental services provider, specialising in total waste management. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client's market presence.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic (DOE negotiable), uncapped commission scheme. Package includes company car, laptop, mobile phone, and benefits such as 20 days holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and flexible working policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and market analysis to develop new business opportunities.
  • Built and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Presentation and negotiation of business proposals, pitches, and deals.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in waste management, achieving sales targets of at least £40,000 per month.
  • Ability to drive new business growth through inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
