We're seeking a results-driven CCaaS Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering presentations on our innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Deliver engaging presentations on our products and services
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling any complaints or objections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with complex customers and driving business growth
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Unified Communications and Contact Centre as a Service
  • Excellent technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs

Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
