Senior CCaaS Sales Executive

IG Recruit is a valued recruitment partner offering award-winning customer engagement solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CCaaS Sales Executive to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and progressing new business opportunities with clients across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the unified communications market
- Establish relationships with potential clients and deliver presentations on products and services
- Negotiate and close deals, while providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the contact centre industry
- Strong knowledge of unified communications and contact centre as a service
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
