Social Work Manager Job Description: Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a Full-Time Social Work Manager to join our Peripatetic Team in Northamptonshire. As a Social Work Manager, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, employing interventions to promote independence, and leading in managing positive interventions. You will also undertake assessment and planning for safeguarding, play a leading role in practice development, and deliver formal professional reflective supervision.

We require a Social Work Qualification or equivalent, Continual professional development, and Social Work England registration. We prioritize Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and undertake annual online training on EDI and compliance.
