Advanced Practitioner
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Social Work Academy Team in Northamptonshire. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in supervising and managing the workload of newly qualified social workers, providing mentoring, reflective supervision, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the workload of newly qualified social workers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Contribute to the learning and development of the Academy by managing the interface between Higher Education Institutes and training situations.
- Provide accurate information to the Team Manager and assist in establishing, maintaining, and utilising information systems for quality assurance and performance management.
- Deliver professional leadership and education for social workers at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England Registration.
- Experience within Children's Services.
- Full Driver's Licence and use of a vehicle.
The salary for this position is up to £44,911 per annum, offering a competitive remuneration package for a talented individual with a strong background in social work.
