Senior Social Work Lead

As a Senior Social Work Lead with NonStop Consulting, you will be responsible for directing and supporting the work of pods within the Leaving Care service. This role offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximize your time spent in the comfort of your own home.
This position provides an attractive salary ranging from £47,664, with opportunities to further progress your career. You will work towards achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people by giving aid to the Team Manager in the management of personnel and resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Leaving Care team, a Social Work degree registered with Social Work England, and ideally senior or management experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead pods within the team and contribute to the achievement of positive outcomes for children and young people.
