About the Role:

As a Compensation Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward Manager (Compensation & Regulatory) in all regulatory analysis, regulatory filings, policy development, and processes for the global asset management business. This includes assisting in providing local compensation support for US-based compensation partners to non-Asset Management business units in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and maintain all Identified Staff policies and processes for the EMEA region
  • Support annual regulatory remuneration disclosures and reporting processes in collaboration with Global Operations, Compliance, and Legal colleagues
  • Work with the Reward Manager to provide analysis, insights, and high-quality solutions-oriented advice to the Global Operations, Global Transformation & Change, and Investment Risk businesses

Requirements:

  • Collaborative and communicative working style, both in-person and remotely
  • An interest in European financial services reward regulation, ideally with experience of applying payout process rules and Identified Staff/MRT identification criteria
  • Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with other internal SMEs within and outside HR
  • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills
