About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources team in London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing salary survey data, conducting analysis and benchmarking, and playing a crucial role in the annual salary review process.

You will also oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage salary survey data to inform compensation decisions
  • Conduct analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive salaries
  • Lead the annual salary review process to ensure fairness and equity
  • Oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting to maintain compliance

What We're Looking For:

Candidates with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably legal), strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (such as SAP SuccessFactors) are encouraged to apply.

Salary Information:
