About the Role
  • Accountable for delivering compensation programs to your aligned business functions.
  • Project manage compensation initiatives, including planning, overseeing external consultants, and developing communication materials.
  • Identify and drive efficiency improvements while working closely with the Reward CoE to implement solutions.
